MARKETING YOUR ADVERT & MANAGE BOOKINGS

M'JOY creates a detailed advert for your accommodation and promotes it on the booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Abritel, etc.). Promoting your property through several online platforms and good internet referencing are the key to the success of your holiday rental. Our responsiveness to travellers' requests increases our chances of converting them into bookings.

Photos are your main asset in attracting internet users and convincing them to rent your property.

M'JOY will carry out a quality photo shoot for you and send you a selection of the best shots by email.

Thanks to its Channel Manager, M'JOY synchronises your bookings and availability calendar in real time. We manage rental contracts, insurance, holiday payments and deposits to ensure your peace of mind.

WELCOME AND EXIT INVENTORY

Because the first impression is always the right one, M'JOY prepares your villa so that the welcome your travellers receive is unforgettable. A personal welcome, a small token of appreciation, a house booklet and local tips... Positive feedback guaranteed!

Each time you arrive, we take you on a detailed tour of the house to give you all the instructions and information you need to get to grips with the villa.

Our team of JOYeuses is then on hand throughout their stay to answer any questions, intervene if necessary or call in a specialist service provider.

When the travellers leave, we proceed in two stages. First, an inventory is carried out in the presence of the tenants to ensure that the equipment is in good working order and that the furniture is in good condition. Then, after they have left, we carry out a detailed inventory in which we count every item of crockery, cutlery, decoration, etc. We ensure that you take good care of your property. We assure you that we will take good care of your home, and return it to you in the condition in which it was entrusted to us.

We work in partnership with a bank guarantee application to ensure that you are compensated for any damage caused, whatever the circumstances.

MANAGEMENT OF HOUSEHOLD LINEN & CLEANING BETWEEN EACH STAY

We manage all the household linen between each stay: collecting, washing, drying, ironing and preparing the beds for the next stay. We work with 3 laundries who take care of each room and carry out a specific treatment according to the stains observed./p>

Our housekeepers also carry out meticulous tidying and maintenance of your property before each visitor. So your villas are well looked after, and no detail is overlooked.

Finally, our mission goes beyond the maintenance of your home during rentals. We also take care of your property outside the rental periods, managing the work of external service providers in the event of problems or work to be carried out (estimates, invoicing, monitoring of work).
